Acceptable Use Policy

What can and can't be listed and sold on the AtexStudio marketplace, and how we act when a seller breaks the rules.

Last updated 11 October 2026

Sellers on the AtexStudio marketplace sell digital products and services. This policy lists what can't be listed or sold and how we act when a seller breaks the rules. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and the rules of our payment partners, Whop and PingPongX (see Payment partners), which may be stricter in some areas.

What you can sell

Digital files you created or have the right to resell (templates, e-books, scripts, presets, fonts, courses, software, audio) and services delivered online (design, development, writing, editing, setup, consulting and similar).

What you can't sell

  • Physical goods or anything that needs shipping.
  • Content you don't have rights to: pirated software, courses, e-books, music, fonts or assets; resold "PLR" content without a licence; leaked or cracked material.
  • Illegal products or services anywhere you or your customers are, including drugs, weapons, and instructions for crime.
  • Adult content and sexual services.
  • Gambling, lotteries, betting tips sold as guaranteed wins, and games of chance.
  • Financial products and schemes: investment advice promising returns, trading signals, forex or crypto schemes, get-rich-quick programmes, pyramid and multi-level schemes, loans and credit repair.
  • Account and access sales: accounts, followers, likes, reviews, gift cards, credentials, licence keys you aren't authorised to resell.
  • Deceptive products: fake documents or IDs, academic cheating services, misleading health claims, anything designed to mislead buyers.
  • Harmful software: malware, spyware, hacking tools used against others, spam tools.
  • Hate, harassment and violence, or content that exploits minors in any way.
  • Anything our payment partner doesn't allow.

How stores must behave

  • Describe products accurately, and deliver what you describe.
  • Don't ask customers to pay outside AtexStudio for orders found on the marketplace or placed on your store.
  • List each product or service in the category that honestly describes it, and don't create duplicate or misleading listings.
  • Don't post fake reviews or pressure customers about reviews.
  • Use customer information only to fulfil and support their orders.

Enforcement

We may hide listings from the marketplace, remove products, pause checkout, suspend a store or close an account, depending on how serious and repeated the problem is. Where we can, we explain the problem and give you a chance to fix it. Our payment partner may take its own action on the payment account. To report a store, write to [email protected].
