FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything buyers and sellers ask about the AtexStudio marketplace: buying, getting started as a seller, listing, payments and payouts, delivery tracking, refunds and disputes.

Buying on the marketplace

Who am I buying from?

From the independent seller whose store the listing belongs to. The seller is responsible for the product or service, its delivery and refunds; AtexStudio runs the marketplace and the order record.

Why does "Buy now" take me to another site?

Each seller has their own store on AtexStudio (name.atexstudio.com). Orders are placed there so the order, receipt, downloads and messages all live with the seller you bought from.

How do I track my order?

Sign in on the seller's store (the link is in your receipt) to see the order's timeline, downloads and messages. Sellers can also share a tracking link that shows the delivery record.

What if something goes wrong?

Message the seller from your order page first. If it isn't resolved, email [email protected] with your order number and we review the order's delivery record with both sides.

Selling: getting started

How do I start selling?

Create a seller account, then follow the five-step setup: your details, your store name and address, branding, payout address and support email. Your storefront is created straight away; once your identity is verified, your listings appear on the marketplace and buyers can order.

How long does verification take?

The identity check takes about two minutes: a photo of your ID and a selfie, run by our payment partner inside your AtexStudio account. Most sellers are verified the same day.

Can I change my store address later?

Your store address is chosen during setup. If it ever needs to change, our team can move it, and the old address redirects for 90 days.

Will my listings appear on the marketplace?

Yes. Every verified store's published products and services are listed on the AtexStudio marketplace automatically, under the category you choose for each, with a profile page for your store.

Can I use my own domain?

Stores run on yourname.atexstudio.com today. Custom domains are on our roadmap.

Selling

What can I sell?

Digital products and services delivered online. Each listing goes in one marketplace category, such as Design, Development, Templates or E-books. See the acceptable use policy for what isn't allowed.

Is there a file size limit?

Files upload in resumable chunks, so large files are fine. Each product can have several files, and new versions reach past buyers if you choose.

Can I ask customers questions before they pay?

Yes. Add short answers, long answers or file uploads to any product. Service products always ask for the customer's requirements, with an optional attachment.

Can I run discounts?

Yes. Create coupon codes with a percentage or fixed discount, dates, usage limits and product restrictions.

Payments and payouts

Which payment methods can customers use?

Customers pay through a secure, PCI-compliant checkout, using the payment methods our payment processor supports in their country.

When can I withdraw?

Once your payouts are enabled, withdraw your available balance from the Payouts page to the method you registered. Each method shows its fee before you confirm.

What appears on the customer's card statement?

The payment partner's short prefix followed by your business name, as card networks require. Customers see it on their receipt too.

Do you hold my money?

No. Payments are processed by our partner payment processor on an account in your name; AtexStudio never receives or holds your funds.

Delivery, refunds and disputes

How is delivery proven?

Every order keeps an append-only record: payment, delivery, each download with time, IP and country, messages and refunds. Share it as a tracking link or export it as PDF or CSV.

How do refunds work?

You refund from the order page, fully or the amount you received. Refunds go back to the customer's card and downloads for that order stop.

What happens in a chargeback?

You are notified straight away and downloads are paused. The order's delivery record is attached to the dispute for you to review and send before the deadline.

Can customers review my products?

Yes, but only customers with a paid order, once per order. You can reply publicly or report a review that breaks the rules; only AtexStudio can remove one.
