A marketplace, not a financial service
AtexStudio is a marketplace for freelancers and digital product sellers. It is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter or escrow service. Orders found on the marketplace are placed on each Seller's AtexStudio storefront, and every payment is processed by our payment partners, Whop or PingPongX depending on the Seller's region (see Payment partners), and their licensed financial partners, under their own terms, on a connected account opened in the Seller's name and integrated into the Seller's checkout. Payments settle directly into that connected account. Balances are held by the processor and its licensed financial partners, and payouts are sent by the processor to the method the Seller registers. AtexStudio never receives, holds or transmits Seller or Customer funds.
Independent sellers
Every listing and store is run by an independent Seller. The Seller, not AtexStudio, is the merchant for its sales and is responsible for its products, descriptions, delivery, support, refunds and taxes. A listing appearing on the marketplace or an AtexStudio store is not an endorsement by AtexStudio.
Information on this site
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Features, payout methods and country availability depend on our payment partner and may change. The fees that apply to an order are the ones shown on that order.
Card statements
Charges appear on card statements with the payment partner's short prefix followed by the Seller's business name, as card networks require. The exact text is printed on each receipt.
