Delivery tracking

Every order on the record, shareable as a link.

Every order placed through the AtexStudio marketplace is recorded as it happens: payment, delivery, every download, every message, refunds and disputes. Sellers share it with a tracking link, export it, and answer questions with facts.

What's recorded

A timeline anyone can read

No codes or raw logs. Each entry says who did what and when, and how the order's status changed, from "Awaiting payment" to "Completed".

  • Order placed, with the product and total
  • Payment received, with the amount and card type
  • Files made available, or the seller's delivery with its files and note
  • Every download: time, file, fingerprint, IP and country, email link or account
  • Messages between customer and seller, with attachments
  • Refunds, disputes and how they ended
  • The customer's requirements and answers from checkout

Use it when it matters

One order, one link

Create a tracking link from any order and send it to the buyer or a payment reviewer. Switch it off with one click.

Many orders, one link

Share every paid order in a date range, each in its own card with a summary table at the top.

Privacy by default

Shared links show a masked email (s***@gmail.com), a partial IP and just city and country, unless you choose full details.

PDF and CSV per order

Download a tidy PDF or a CSV of the timeline for any order.

ZIP for a date range

A PDF per order plus orders.csv and activity.csv, built in the background; we notify you when it's ready.

Links that expire

Keep a link until you turn it off, or have it expire after 7, 30 or 90 days. Every view is logged.

Disputes

When a customer's bank asks questions

If a customer disputes a payment, you are notified straight away and downloads for that order pause. The order's delivery record, including the timeline, downloads, messages and your refund policy, is attached to the dispute for you to review and send before the deadline.

1You get an email and a notification with the deadline.
2Open the order: the delivery record is already attached.
3Check the tracking, then send it with one click.
4The bank decides; the outcome is added to the order.
Questions

Delivery tracking: questions

Can't find what you need? Write to [email protected] or see the full FAQ.

What does a tracking record contain?

Every step of the order in plain words: placed, paid, delivered, each download with time, IP and country, messages, refunds and disputes, with who did it and how the status changed.

Can the seller edit the record?

No. Order events and download logs are append-only and recorded automatically as they happen.

Who can open a tracking link?

Anyone with the link, until the seller switches it off or it expires. Customer contact details are partly hidden unless the seller chooses to show them in full.
