The buyer writes a brief
A buyer finds your service on the marketplace and orders on your store. Before paying, they give their requirements and one optional file: a brief, screenshots or an archive.

They pay up front
The order is paid before you lift a finger. You get an email and a notification with the brief attached.

You do the work
Ask questions in the order's message thread. The customer is emailed; replies land on the same order.

You deliver
Attach files and write a note. The customer is notified and the delivery is added to the order's tracking.
No surprise orders
Requirements on every service order, always
A service order without instructions wastes everyone's time. On AtexStudio every service order must include the customer's requirements, at least a few sentences, and can include one attachment. It can't be switched off, so you are never paid for work you can't start.

How do I know what the customer wants?
Every service order asks for the customer's requirements (at least a few sentences) and an optional attachment before they pay. Add your own questions on top.
How do I deliver a service?
Open the order, write a note and attach the files. The customer is emailed and notified, and the delivery is added to the order's tracking.
Can I talk to the customer?
Yes. Every order has a message thread with attachments. Messages are emailed to the other side and kept with the order.
When is a service order complete?
After you deliver, the order completes automatically after a set number of days if nothing is raised, or earlier when the customer downloads the delivery.
