How the marketplace works, step by step.
From joining as a seller to a buyer's order being delivered and paid out: what happens at each step, how long it takes, and who is responsible for what. AtexStudio runs the marketplace, our partner payment processor handles payments, sellers sell, buyers buy.

What happens, in order
Most sellers finish steps 1 to 4 in one sitting and are listed on the marketplace the same day.

Create your account
About a minuteSign up with your name, email and a password, or with Google. Confirm your email.

Set up your store
About ten minutesFive short steps: whether you sell as an individual or a business, your store name and address (yourname.atexstudio.com), logo and colours, your payout address and a support email. Your storefront is created straight away with a home page and policies filled in.

Verify your identity
About two minutes, usually approved the same dayA photo of your ID and a selfie, run by our payment partner inside your account. Businesses verify the company once the owner is cleared. Once you are verified, your listings go on the marketplace and checkout opens.

List products and services
As long as you likeName, price, description, images, highlights and the marketplace category buyers will find it in. Upload files for digital products, or describe what you deliver for services. Add coupons and the questions you need answered.

Buyers find you and order
Under a minuteBuyers find your listing on the marketplace or your store, click "Buy now" and check out on your storefront: their details, their requirements for a service, then a card payment on the partner's secure form. They get a receipt and an account.

Deliver
Instant for filesFiles unlock instantly. For services you deliver files and a note on the order page. Every step is recorded in the order's delivery tracking.

Get paid
On your schedulePayments settle into your balance with the payment partner. Withdraw to your bank, wallet or another supported method whenever you like.

AtexStudio runs the marketplace, the sellers' storefronts, checkout and delivery records. Our partner payment processor handles card payments, balances and payouts. Sellers run their business. Buyers buy from them.

How long does it take to start selling?
Setup takes about ten minutes. Your storefront exists as soon as you finish; your listings go on the marketplace and checkout opens once your identity check is approved, usually the same day.
Who processes the payment?
Our partner payment processor, on an account opened in your name. AtexStudio runs the secure checkout and the processor handles the payment itself.
Who delivers the order?
AtexStudio delivers downloadable files automatically. For services, you deliver on the order page; AtexStudio emails and notifies the customer and records the delivery.
