What sellers pay

With a minimum of $0.50 per sale. The fee covers your marketplace listings, storefront, checkout, card processing by our partner, file delivery, delivery tracking and support. It appears as one processing fee on each order, next to what you receive.

What buyers pay

Buyers see a small service fee at checkout, shown before they pay. It passes to the platform, so your price stays your price.

What a sale looks like at different prices
The platform fee is 5% + $0.30 with a $0.50 minimum. Card processing is included in the processing fee on each order.

Refunds
Refunds come out of your balance. Fees on the original sale are not returned. You choose between refunding what you received or the full amount.
Tax
Sellers handle their own sales tax. AtexStudio adds no tax fee and does not collect or remit tax on your sales.
Disputes
If a customer's bank reverses a payment, the partner may charge a dispute fee. Your delivery record is attached to help you respond.
No hidden fees
No listing fee, no monthly fee, no fee for storage, bandwidth, listings, files or customers.
Changes
If our rates change, we tell you by email first. Orders always keep the rates they were placed at.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no minimum volume. You only pay when you make a sale.
What is the platform fee?
5% + $0.30 of the product price per successful sale, with a minimum of $0.50. It covers the store, checkout, delivery, delivery tracking and card processing by our partner, and appears as one processing fee on each order.
What does the customer pay?
The product price plus a service fee of 1% + $1.50, shown clearly before they pay. On a $20.00 product the customer pays $21.70.
Are refunds charged?
When you refund an order, the customer gets their money back from your balance. Fees on the original sale are not returned by the payment partner.
How do withdrawals work?
You withdraw from the Payouts page to the bank account, wallet or other method you registered. Each payout method has its own fee, shown in full before you confirm.
Do you add tax?
No. Sellers handle their own sales tax. AtexStudio does not add, collect or remit tax on your sales.
